We Promise that:

~ Our highly trained crew will work diligently to ensure you a proper fit. 

~ All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects at time of purchase.

~ That we will not carry products by companies who do not back their products.

~ We will always allow you try our shoes on at home on the carpet for a couple of hours. If the fit is not quite to your liking, bring them back and we will gladly exchange them.

Please note:

~ Once you have worn our shoes/boots etc. outside, or given them visible wear,

they are yours - no exchanges will be allowed unless defective.
